Donations
17 Feb 2008

We would like to take this opportunity to say thank you to all who have supported the church financially over the last year, either by one-off donations or by regular giving. You may not be aware but it costs us over £500 a week to keep the church running - all of which has to be met by local giving as we receive no outside financial help from anywhere else - and so these regular donations are vital for the future of St Guthlac's. As we starts another New Year please prayerfully consider your giving and if you feel able to either increase the amount you give, would like to start giving regularly through our envelope scheme, or maximise your giving with the church being able to claim the tax back through Gift Aid, please see either John or Ann Pearson, our Treasurers.

Thank You.

We will also be having a short time of quiet prayer, reflection and meditation for Lent on Monday evenings between 7-8pm in church. Please see the diary dates for both of these.

Cluster News

Donations
8 Feb 2007

We would like to take this opportunity to say thank you to all who have supported the church financially over the last year, either by one-off donations or by regular giving. We are grateful for the donations which have provided the church with a new altar rail, new linen for the communion services and have enabled us to make repairs to the pulpit. You may not be aware that it costs us over £500 a week to keep our church running and so these regular donations are vital for the future of St Guthlac's.
As we come into the New Year please prayerfully consider your giving and if you feel able to either increase the amount you give or would like to start giving regularly through our envelope scheme, or maximise you giving through Gift Aid, please see either John or Ann Pearson, our Treasurers. Thank You.
